- Allocating sales budgets over regions and monitoring performance against budget.
- Coming together for regular reviews, updates and planning of the company's products.
Demonstrations
360 foods Ltd. can arrange highly-effective in-store demonstrations up and down the island, including -
- Scheduling and organizing the demonstrations.
- Ensuring there is sufficient stock in-store to cater for the consequent consumer up-take.
- Analyzing the results.
